Well heres my opinion im not a very good writer so dont make fun of me but i like to express my feelings, Well to me ACP needs to change soon it will turn into an army that will be hated. ACP needs to listen to the soldiers opinions and not of the leaders or retired leaders. People say i rage quit but to me Flipper fired me, I tried to help ACP but when flipper is on and nobodys listening and doing tactics I cant Lead? Everybody hates me in cp armies but i don’t care i just try to help everyone and be friends to everyone.
All I can say is there is no Flen there’s just Flipper who making his decisions, Kenneth never gets to speak his words because of Flipper. Maybe losing all ACP Servers is a good idea so you guys can rebuild and start all over. Kenneth gave me a chance at general and I did good and then flipper basically took that rank away. I would like you to give Stew another chance because none of the other leaders can lead, Someone needs to show Stew how to lead and be more active on chat.

I don’t think Flip and Ken are doing a bad job, they could be doing better though. I’ll admit ACP has fallen in numbers recently. I don’t think now is the time to be bickering over leaders as ACP need everyone to rally together if they are to beat LT. As for Eyes etc, I think it was a bad decision and all people related with hacking, doxing, using bots on CP etc should be banned forever because all they do is cause trouble.

I think Flip and ken are doing a great job. Also Ek is a great 3ic. His on chat nearly everyday. I do not belive flip and ken are unfit for leader postion and i belive flip did not make that scroller or that he told cart to.I think Flen should still lead

I’m mixed on this one, but I don’t have the best opinion since I have to base it off what has happened and the information here, since I only joined in January. Both sides haven’t persuaded me nearly enough for me to go for a side. To Flip, Ken, Shab and Fox: Stop bickering and try and reach an agreement until the war is over. We can’t risk a civil war; if we do, then LT will tear us apart.
The first point I’d like to make is false claiming. This isn’t something that’s limited to Flip and Ken; it stretch to the Nachos and Light Troops especially. But I have seen Flip claim falsely that we won a battle a couple of times. Secondly, they aren’t that active, and sometimes they don’t even come to their own battles; I’ve noticed this from Ken especially. What is the point of scheduling battles that you can’t come to? Yes, they are arrogant. But that’s not a big point since I could say the exact same for the opposition (Shab and Fox). Also, if they are willing to break bills against people, then that’s not encouraging at all. All of these have made us lose respect from other armies.

Not that the opposition is much better. For a start, I’ve seen Fox insult people in chat and use inappropriate language; is this the kind of owner we want in a kid’s community? I think not. Secondly,  they retired. If you retire from a boss in real life you can’t just go back and fire some of the employees. They can’t just keep ACP on a leash. Basically, they aren’t technically a high staff in ACP, so what gives them the right to overthrow Flip and Ken?

My final opinion: Stop the arguments, reach a truce or agreement for now, crush LT. If both sides argue now, we’ll just lose against LT. I don’t want the bickering to continue through the war even in a low form, though, which is why both sides should negotiate a truce. Thank you for reading my opinion.

To be honest, Kenneth and Flipper have a life. CP armies are virtual, having a life is different than this. But in my opinion, they should step down, and make Mchappy leader once again, since during his leadership ACP had so many sizes, like 45+ for example, and for that we can destroy LT once and for all.

Shab, you have quite a point. I don’t think that Ken or Flipper (sorry guys)  can handle being leader anymore. Now it’s just getting to the point were it’s ridiculous. Don’t get me wrong, I think Ken and Flip are awesome people but enough is enough. I’m not sure who Unknown is, but letting Eyes back on the chat is an EXTREME saftey hazard. Letting a doxer on can easily put alot of kids in danger of being doxed (obviously) and if they do get doxed, they’re parents probably won’t let them anywhere near CP Armies again. I’ve had this happen to me before and trust  me, IT’S NOT FUN.  Fortunetelly for me, my parents let me back on. I hope you post this for them to see, but keep me anonymous.

Frankly, all this news with the Eyes and stuff has made me have a different change of mind (besides the fact that Eyes has personally destoryed an army that was very dear to me ._.) But most things in this army I am pretty satisfied with. We get fairly decent turn outs, but as it has been explained in some posts there is always room for improvment. But one thing that makes a leader a good leader, is knowing when to pass on the torch. All I have to say.

I have been reading posts from ACP to find if me and my friends would like to participate in ACP. I agree Kenneth and Flupper would be better not to be at the head of this group. They are seem to be not Intelligent to the point of actually declaration of war on another army for silly reasons. In other times the army was flying. Now they are struggling to keep up it like the silver ball on a pinball game. Interesting Flipper means ‘pinball’ in my language [Deutsch]. They call you Shaboomboom a dictator. I think you are doing the right thing for the sake of the army. Do not let the army fall into the wrong hands please. Please acknowledge this email.

As you can see Flen said that changes would be made in the next few days. However, it has been almost 3 weeks since anything has been done and even then, Ken assures me that “Klug will be demoted in a few days, probably by Tuesday.” As we can all see, Tuesday could be this Tuesday, next Tuesday, or a month from now. Who knows?

Not to mention the most saddest thing, Foxtails retiring.  They don’t let others have a chance for 3ic even when the current owner ranks are inactive.  All the 3ics now SUCK ASS.  They have caused many retirements, that’s a bad thing. ~Sot Huff3039

Don’t get me wrong, I love Flipper and Kenneth so much.  They are both great guys.  Though I believe ACP isn’t getting done what we need to get done.

Firstly, they have bad communication.  We shouldn’t be penetalizing them so much for this, but it’s still a hazord.  It seems like they have a hard time argeeing with each other on certain topics.  Also, things get solved so slowly to their miscommunication.

Secondly, they tend to be arrogant.  The reason we’re in this war is because Flipper decided to talk shit about Nachos on ACP chatbox.  When it’s obvious we lost a battle, they refuse to admit defeat.  Kenneth is even worse.  He is so stubborn, arrogant, and everything.  Talking about the war, the one we’re losing… We’ve lost half of our nation.  OVER half of our nation.  We’re left with Mammoth, Ice Breaker and Tea as I type this.  LIKE REALLY?  I haven’t seen these bad sizes since.. I really don’t know.

Thirdly, they are innactive.  I’m American, I never see Flipper on much, but Kenneth I will go for days without seeing.

Fourthly, they are coruppt.  They got into power with courpption and have been coruppt ever since.  They forced themselves into power.  It’s completely unfair.  They also are unfair to their soldiers (when Flipper got overthrown) and have made wrong decisions.  Demoting Stew was a HUGE mistake.

They don’t have that “leader” stuff.  They’re arrogant, stubborn, liars, and horrible leaders.  They are not an example I would look up to.  Their communication with all armies are horrible.

If you read comments on ACP site you will notice that we’ve lost a LOT of respect from armies.  No one respects anymore.  These duo have probably ruined many allyships in the future with any army.  Who is our only ally left?  AR?  They’re dead and small.  DCP?  Oh great, let’s have the hackers support us.

Not to mention our size.  We’ve lost so much size.  Mchappy was a great leader.  Not amazing, but great.  He was probably they closest we’ll get to the Boomer era.  Yes, he was horrible in the end of March, but these guys haven’t been good at all.  I’ve been in ACP for a long time and I haven’t seen these guys max over 55 in an event.  Never, ever.  They even DARE to lie about the size, losing more respect from armies.

Flipper has been overthrown before, and it can happen again.

Well, I found out today that Eyes has been allowed on ACP chat via Flipper and Ken’s decision. I also found out that Unknown has also been allowed on, but the reason for that I wasn’t able to find out due to Flipper not being online.

Apparently since Eyes is useful, Flen has decided to violate that AHB bill that they were so faithfully backing in order to get information on LT’s bot use.

LT, seriously, if you’re using bots stop. Start being an actual army and fight with people, not computer scripts.

Anyways, Ken and Flipper have let someone who has scammed numerous people, doxed many of the ACP leaders as Synt4xGh0st, and deleted a few sites. Ken and Flipper themselves signed the Anti-Hacking Bill and the bill states that Eyes is not allowed in any armies or chats. Both are to blame.

Capn is once again a mod. Apparently people don’t learn from the past.

I’d just like to share a picture from the past of capn:

Now, let me tell you a story. When Boomer and I had stopped going on ACP chat for a while, I believe at the start of school in August/September, Capn decided to use that for his advantage. He decided to tell Mchappy that he had been leader during the Nono coup and deserved to be on the legends page and be ownered. So, for 2-3 weeks he was. Once Boomer and myself came back and found out about this, we put a stop to it.

Capn lied about being leader after trying to convince Boomer and myself of it happening and us saying that no, it didn’t happen because Capn was never leader. Capn was 1.5ic and then he was demoted to 2ic after Nono decided to give the 1.5ic position solely to Ias.

Other things that Capn has done? Capn has started a rebellion or two at different times when he hasn’t received the rank he wanted. He has also run to the Nachos when not given 3ic spot he believed he deserved. Add on the picture you see above and who wants to tell me what makes Capn deserving of mod?

He was taken off of the legends page for exactly this stuff, it was voted unanimously by the senate and the leaders for his removal from the senate and other things, as can be seen in my “Sinking the Ship” bill HERE.

   Now, these two leaders are now letting scammers and pests into ACP chat along with rebels and liars and cheats. They mod them and keep them membered after backing a bill against it all. They’re hypocrites and they’re liars. They claimed to deal with the problems of an inactive set of owners and yet, nothing has been done.

I want to hear your opinions, the soldiers, the ones that count. Should these guys be continued to lead this army or should they be replaced?

Over a week and a half ago I thought about just how inactive some of the owners were and decided to find out Flip’s opinion on that. After having a nice talk with him, I wrote down some of what he had said in a bulleted list. This was the SUGGESTIONS list that they had asked that I do instead in their post. Everything I had written down came from what Flipper himself said or agreed with when I suggested in the conversation. These suggestions were passed onto Ken and then nothing else was done.

Yet, after a week, no progress had even been made. So I inquired about it again. And guess what, nothing. So I thought to myself “hmm, they seem to want to do something, they at least acknowledge it, yet they are still doing nothing about it?” So I said something and gave them some more time. After a few days I realized that they weren’t even trying which made me realize that an ultimatum was needed.

The Ultimatum is a call to improvement for the leaders Ken and Flipper. It is a demand that they keep the owners active, that they put some pressure on them to stay active, and they reprimand the leaders that are not meeting the standards set. Obviously that has not been done, even though it had been agreed upon by Ken and Flipper whenever I’ve talked to them.

An owner rank is a privilege. You get to be editor on the site, owner on the chat, lead the soldiers, and can participate in promos and more exciting stuff. However the owners spot gets congested, sometimes there are many people who should be promoted but there is no more room for them in the owner ranks. This is why the owners MUST be active and put effort into their work. Otherwise, what makes them more deserving than the lower-ranked soldiers who are waiting for their chance, those lower rank soldiers who are more active, and more enthusiastic and will work harder? Nothing, the inactive owners aren’t more deserving.

When you become a leader, or even an owner, this doesn’t just become a game but a business. You must manage your business with a strong hand, demoting the inactive ones who would hurt the army and promoting the more active that would benefit the army. You cannot bring in grudges, you cannot think of friendships.

The real point of Flen’s post was this, if I was to overthrow both of them right then and there they were hoping that it would convince people to support them and be against whatever I did. There was obviously some truth in their post and there was some good points, but other than those 5 or 6 lines it was mainly just repeated charges against myself. While they did acknowledge that something had to be done about the inactive leaders, it was AT THE BOTTOM. The entire post, which was suppose to be made against the Ultimatum first, and then myself, didn’t even address the problems that were pointed out in my ultimatum. They said they would change the owner ranks in “a few days” but no reason as to why this hadn’t happened two weeks ago.

I’m sorry but I’m find if you persecute me for actions I’ve made but when you try to persecute me for my opinion, for stuff I’ll post on facebook or my OWN personal site, you’ve crossed the line. I have the right to my opinion, to free speech, and free press. I can write whatever the hell I want on my own site, on my own facebook, and no matter if its my opinion or if its true you can suck it. Yet at least 1/3 of the post was based off of that material.

The first picture of facebook, that was taken during the beginning of xmas break I believe, if not earlier. It was discussed privately but not hidden. Understand, these convos happen all the time, yet nothing is actually carried out. As you can see, Flen was still in place even after a months so the conversation itself becomes just that, a conversation. Its called ranting, I do it all the time on CPAC. I have the right to say whatever I want, whether it be true or not, just because I want to. Obviously this doesn’t apply to direct insults, blasphemy, etc.. but you get my point.

But apparently, just like 1984, my opinions cannot even be kept in private but should not even be expressed at all. Obviously there are some problems with this and I refuse to adhere by it. Flen’s post was just a support rally for themselves rather than an informative piece, it actually made me laugh.

What can you do about it? Well for starters you can express your opinion about the leadership. Do so in the comments here, do so on chat, do so to Ken and Flipper. You can tell Ken and Flipper that you’re tired of their slacking, tired of them not doing their job. You can tell them that no, you think that there is a point to this madness. That they should be looking towards the future, should be keeping the army strong, keeping the owners active.

I was not aware that I was part of the Stew incident at all. Yes, I mentioned him in the facebook picture, but other than that I don’t recall ever bringing him up again. I never expressed, or even had, the opinion that he should have been demoted. I was just as surprised as everyone else when he was demoted, I just assumed that there was some reason that Flipper & Ken weren’t sharing with the public.

I can assure you all, I never even mentioned Stew to Flip or Ken. I see no “Flip and Ken should be overthrown” in that conversation and I know it was never mentioned further. His name was mentioned in the statement because the success of the coup would be dependent on the opinions of the 2ics & 3ics. If they supported the coup, it’d be a lot easier for the troops. His name is in no way related to any conversation saying that he should be demoted.

I would say that maybe Ken and Flipper got it confused, but come on, its pretty obvious. Even trying to blame Stew’s demotion on me is a insult. If Flipper and Ken though that I was saying that Stew should be demoted, they’re lying through their teeth. They are to blame for the demotion and it is further evidence of their weakness as leaders. They should have backbones and should question something if they disagree. If they thought that I wanted the demotion of Stew they should have said something instead of just doing it and not even mentioning a thing because honestly, I had no clue they were “doing it for me.”

Honestly, I believe that the idea that they were doing it for me is just an excuse to get anyone who didn’t support Stew’s demotion to dislike me and also an excuse to use that picture. Seems to me that Flipper and Ken will do the same when demoting Klug or Slider, they’re blame it on me while knows that it was both their responsibility and it was their opinion to do so.

I’ve been told and I’ve realized that my support of Fox doesn’t always help here. Therefore, I will not be expressing my opinion and will be staying neutral in politics relating to Fox.

Let me tell you a story. Last weekend xat glitched out and active chats were able to be bought. The ACP chat was bought and reset. At that point, chat become chaotic. No one knew what to do and there was an invasion or something currently happening. Ken was on but he was currently freaking out, asking me in pc what was going on, what to do, etc…. I then proceeded to tell everyone to move to another of my chats (vlarules) until I could find out what was going on.

Tal at that point took the lead and got everyone to the vlarules chat. He then led the army on CP. He wasn’t ranked (he had been asking for a rank for about a week) nor was he even asked to lead. While Ken, the ranked leader, was freaking out Tal was being the real leader and keeping the army together.

I have also seen Tal leading throughout the week including taking charge of a battle that the owners failed to show for. I’m not sure the results of that battle but it seems like we probably won. So where were the real leaders, the real owners? Who knows, but they weren’t there.

So Tal has shown leadership skills, has experience, has shown enthusiasm, ambition and initiative. He used to be a rule-breaking mod/member (not abusive, but rather just inappropriate) but has greatly gotten much better in the last half year. I think its time we give him a chance as 3ic. Its a chance, if he doesn’t do good then another person can be given that rank and allowed to prove themselves.

As I have said at least once, the owners have failed to keep the owner ranks active. Actually, they seem to be the slowest at removing the inactive leaders which can be seen with both Bob and Bunker.

Klug: Klug’s one of the smartest guys here, always has ideas for improvement. However, while he is capable of being a 3ic, once he received that rank he became very inactive. This is an obvious choice.

Slider: I’ve re-thought my previous opinions and changed them. I think that Slider should be demoted to 3ic. Slider has not been as active or as  outstanding as the owners. I believe he needs something to look forward to, to work towards. As 3ic he would be working towards 2ic again which I believe is acceptable.

Inactive owners means a weak army, and that isn’t good.

The coup, a term made famous when the Boomer instituted the first one by getting rid of Meat. Since then its been used as a tool of fear and we’ve actually attempted to make rules about it. In reality, there are no rules. I know, the nation page says that only Oagal or Boomer can coup. Okay, I’ll follow that. But here’s the thing, just because Oagal or Boomer coup the leader doesn’t mean it’ll work.

The whole idea of a coup is that the soldiers support the new leader(s) better than the old ones. This being said, anyone can coup the leaders. All it takes is an uprising of the soldiers to do so. We put so much focus on the site and the chat when in reality, without the soldiers they are nothing.

This is the reason why I ask you, the soldiers, your opinion on Flen and what I have stated in this post because if you guys agree or are unhappy, your voices should be heard and changes should be made. This is YOUR army, have it run like you want it.

I don’t remember what that post with the title “Flipper you’re mentally incapable” but I don’t see it being a problem unless I had made the post public. Unfortunately, no further comment since I don’t feel like going and finding this post, it really isn’t that important.

As for not banning Sam. First of all, we all aren’t perfect. Given that it was just Sam spamming and me talking to myself, this was around 12 or 1 in the morning. Honestly, I probably didn’t notice.  I’m usually half asleep at that time or talking in pc, occasionally going to main to make a comment and then going back to pc/what I was working on.

Obviously I’m not perfect, but neither is anyone else. That doesn’t mean I don’t know what I’m saying.

As to Slider’s comment and my response, its due to the fact that he was not the only one that had made comments like that which is infuriating. He was just the one that included the “we don’t fully understand.” The post above, the one Boomer had written very well, explained in simple terms what SOPA was all about. Yes, we do not all understand the politics behind it, but if we read and listen we can understand what SOPA would be about and would do and what was being done to prevent it.

Slider’s comment made me feel like he was saying that no one, being kids, was smart enough to understand what was going on and should just ignore it and let someone else deal with it. Obviously that’s not the right way to do things.

Basically, make sure the important parts of running an army are taken care of and carried out. Keep the top ranks active. When you say you agree with something, actually do something about it. When inactive leaders are left in leadership ranks it creates a congestion and is unfair to the more deserving lower ranks.

Well, this isn’t going to be as insulting as it sounds. First of all, they have problems with communication which is a major part of running an army. There can’t be days or even a day before a response is heard on whether to go to war or what to do when faced with two important choices. I’d have suspected that this would have been fixed, both Flipper and Ken I believe have smartphones and if they put an email on it, that’d be a perfect way of communication.

I know, you’re expecting more stuff and for me to be more insulting but there’s really no point in throwing in distracting and unrelated stuff.

Hello ACP, I expected myself to never post here again but unfortunately I was convinced by one of my close friends to make this post so without further ado, my post:

For a while now we’ve been under the administration of the retired and not the active leaders. I attempted to remove myself from that list of retired “masters” but obviously was not able to completely remove the power or influence I had or still have, despite my exit from chat and armies altogether.

Though I had hoped to never post again after my last post on CPAC, this one was important enough to break that expectation. There has been another person around with power that he never should have been granted, with influence that he never should have been given, along with a medal of honor that was given by Saint that would never have been approved had the active “masters” been asked, Boomer or myself, rather than asking Oagal who could hardly be called active or up to date on current events, mainly on chat.

As an “elder” of ACP and someone who has been fairly active and up to date on most, if not all of the events that happened during this person’s “rule” over ACP, I believe that this person should never have been given the power or influence he received. This person, is

Dryvit

Dryvit has been using his power and influence for a while to achieve his own twisted goals along with using the Senate as his own personal device to get what he wanted. Even when pointed out, the current leader(s) didn’t have the backbone to do what should have been done which was deal with the problem. Instead they merely scolded Dry and let him continue to wield his position as President over the Senate he had corrupted.

That, along with many other “mistakes,” as the weak leaders called it, are the reason why I have been convinced to write this post, even if it is about 2 years late. I feel like everyone should learn about the corruption ACP faced at the time along with the mistakes that led up to Dry’s continued power in ACP. I feel like everyone should learn this in order to spot it and prevent it, should it happen again.

I’d like to start with his brother, Divotoo. I didn’t care to bring him into this when I started writing but I realized that it is needed. Dry and Div basically became noticed around the same time. Dry as the older brother, the protector. As Dry gained more power, Div became more and more a “saint.” Anyone who would do anything against Div would be publicly bashed, and later on punished. Div became known as the sinless person he is remembered as to many people. But he was also a tool of Dry’s to cyber bully others who spoke against Div even if what they were saying was the truth. Dry used Div to make people look bad and then used his younger status to lower the image of others. It was the first sign of corruption from an up and coming Dry.

Dry became leader after Saint retired in 2009 and in the short time that he was leader he managed to cause an anti-ACP (anti-Dry) that called for an election. Granted, it turned into a campaign to get Commando the leadership spot in ACP but in its early stage, the arguments posed were realistic and completely true. Without other liked people such as myself around during Dry’s leadership, we would have been attacked repeatedly. Dry not only managed to cause his own soldiers to dislike him but he also managed to lose nearly every ally that ACP had. Boomer attempted to step in and help improve the image of the ACP and keep Dry was destroying ACP.

So what did Dry do when Boomer stepped in? He did what any small, inconsiderate fool would do; he had a temper tantrum and quit. Or in his words,

“I understand that Boomer was forced into retirement, but his posts and behavior on chat are just too much for me to lead through. I offered Boomer the job back as leader, he declined saying he was too busy. But he was not too busy to call my leadership and ACP soldiers lazy, find and post graphs to show how much better his leadership was, and then tell me that every high rank had pc’d him to agree with him.”

My take on this is the same as the edit Boomer had before he remove it for one that would allow Dryvit and himself a better public image.

“You know for a fact most of what you said is not true, and I’m sorry you have to use me as an excuse for your desire to resign your position in ACP, but right now you are failing your soldiers when they need you most.”

Dry took Boomer’s posts personally and in a fit of rage he left the entire army to Seanehawk aka Meat. While this post isn’t about Meat, it was known and made clear by various people, Dry included, that Meat was not ready to be leader. He was known to be thickheaded and stubborn and to not be the friendliest person, especially when he disagreed, which was often. He was not ready to accept the power as he couldn’t trust others and thus wasn’t the best at working with others. We saw this when he immediately created a new chat and made himself admin on the ACP site a mere hours after being given the rank of leader by Dry.

Dry’s rash, immature action of giving Meat the rank of leader outright shows that Dry was by no means responsible enough to be given the power he had nor was he responsible enough to keep it. Dry was warned yet he, without thinking, went and made Meat leader. And we all know how that turned out. And want to know what Dry’s response afterwards was? It wasn’t an appology, an acceptance of responsibility, no. Instead a comment on my [2nd] retirement post:

“You never told me “Told ya so” about Meat, but you sure did warn me a billion times or so.”

Ignorant due to his pride to the end, he was obviously not responsible enough for the power or decisions that being leader bought along. He still continues to let his pride override his own admittance of responsibility of making Meat leader with a comment made in 2011, two years after the reign of Meat.

“Everyone agreed Meat was great choice. Only after did he change.”

The above statement makes me laugh, we all knew Meat was not a good choice. We all warned him but he refused to listen. Making Meat leader was intended to be a punishment to the retired, mainly Boomer, for interfering in his leadership.

Lets jump about a month ahead from this point. Meat was overthrown, Boomer had become leader again. Now a punishment was needed for Meat. And who better than Dry and his brother Div to create that punishment [sarcasm]. What was created was a horrible injustice and a gigantic display of cyber bullying, the “Rotten Meat Bill.” [See my argument and call for the repealment of that bill here ]. The bill basically banned Meat from ever existing in ACP again and threatened impeachment to any leader that attempted to repeal it. A little harsh for a leader that merely refused to give up his spot at the time, I think so.

What made it worse was the fact that Meat remained on chat but disguised as another person. And we all knew it, well I didn’t, but Dry was among the people that knew. So once I learned I banned him, as was the proper thing to do. He came back of course, so I banned him again. After this cycle happened multiple times throughout the week I realized how pointless it was to keep banning him so I left him alone. And what should the corruptness that is Dryvit do but the day I stopped banning him he accused me of not following the Rotten Meat Bill and called for my impeachment [I'd like to add that everyone laughed at Dry and then ignored him] yet he himself never attempted to ban Meat, not even once.

Later on Dry made in 2010 a horrible statement about Meat:

“I believe the psychopathic piece of excrement she was referring to is Seane hawk/meat. The most pathetic excuse for a human in modern history. Mark my words, you will read about him jumping from some building and his apartment will have foil over all the windows and he will have been friendless, by choice and action. This same oxygen wasting excrement, urged Draggy to kill herself because she was beyond anyone ever caring about her. My Father is aware of this and is checking the feasibility/legality of bringing criminal action.”

No one deserves to be spoken of like this, especially not someone whose actions were done in a virtual world for a virtual game. Yet this comment, these ideas, they were allowed to pass from him. And if someone else has spoken like this, if someone else had said this against someone else, Dry would have been at their throats in minutes. Its funny because this is hardly a blip in the history of Dry’s corruption.

The Senate used to be a big part of the ACP, at least it was when Dry lead it. While leading it, the only progress the Senate made was towards the removal of myself and my efforts to improve this army. When this was pointed out to Matre, one of the most corrupt leaders I have seen in this army[he took xats for modship and ranks and put others who did him favors before the army], Matre merely shrugged and told Dry to knock it off or he would do something. And this was only after the 5th or 6th time it had been brought to his attention.

Dry used the Senate as his tool to repeatedly attempt [he was eventually successful for a short period of time] to banish unmod week which was the only way that the repeat offenders on chat were kept unmodded [as I said, Matre was corrupt which didn't help the chat situation at all]. Along with trying to banish unmod week, Dryvit repeatedly used the Senate to try to have myself unmodded along with impeached at least once. Looking back on the senate, it did nothing but try to do something to myself. Eventually Senate was disbanded or Dryvit removed from Senate, at which point he scurried off to his hideout to sulk and wait until everyone forgot.

Lets skip forward a few months, ignore some events including the horrible leadership of a combination of two of the worst leaders ACP had [Saint & Dry, one horribly corrupt and one who didn't give a crap about what was going on along with not being able to get into a confrontation]. Lets skip to a few months ago, before Juju disappeared from us. Dryvit had picked a new target to bully, along with bullying the rest of chat, Foxtails.

At some point, during the many unmod weeks, Dry kept taunting Fox with lies that Boomer was pushing for her unmodding. After talking to Boomer himself, it was proven to be a lie. Yet in another unmod week, Dry received twice the average votes for anyone else that week along with the most votes any owner had received.

Along with lying to Fox in order to bully her he ignored others as they broke rules and instead only watched and punished Fox as you can see here. He later, inappropriately and completely out stepping his place, asked Fox if she was a drunk as admitted here and with witnesses here. Of course no one stepped in, like the current leaders [one of which who admitted to being a witness aka ken], to stop this bullying but just because the leader fails to correct this behavior that does not mean someone else can’t.

Therefore, due to all the acts of corruption, due to all of the bullying, the insulting, the injustices caused by him, and the manipulation of the people around him I charge Dryvit with corruption and bullying and as thus I demand that he be punished as so.

I believe that if Dryvit believes that someone such as Meat, who merely refused to give up his leadership at the time, should be banished forever from ACP, both from the army and chat, should receive a punishment of almost equal value. I feel a suitable punishment is the following:

-Removal of a misgiven Medal of Honor due to obvious poor judgement and failure to live up to the values and expectations that are expected of a Medal of Honor awardee.

-Demotion down to at least author, if not contributor or complete removal from the ACP site. I believe that continuation of editor on the ACP site continues to give Dry some power and influence.

-At least permanent Modship, if not Membership. Seeing as Cas was banned forever, a major reason being cyber bullying, and Maz/Tal were constantly unmodded for it, I believe that due to the cyber bullying Dry displayed throughout the years can only be rectified by a punishment that he will not go unnoticed. I believe that the shame of having to come onto chat as a mod and having people ask why he is is gives Dry an idea of how the people he bullied felt.

I ask, and demand, that these be greatly considered and taken into effect. If you feel the same of myself, feel free to uneditor me and remove my Medal of Honor. That is how much faith and determination I have in fixing this grave error that was allowed to slip through the cracks for so long.
